Why did you decide to become a psychiatric provider?
I chose mental health as a career because I wanted to help people grow, learn, and live their lives to the fullest. Mental health is an important aspect of overall well-being, and I am passionate about providing support and guidance to those who are struggling with mental health issues. Seeing individuals make progress and overcome their challenges brings me a sense of fulfillment and purpose in my career.

I am most effective in working with individuals who are self-motivated and seeking to acquire skills to manage life's challenges more effectively.

What do you do for fun/on your time off?
I possess a profound passion for volunteer work, having dedicated over 12 years of my life to serving as a leader and mentor for both the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts of America. Traveling is another favorite pastime of mine, as it allows me to explore new places and broaden my horizons. I also have a deep affection for animals and take pleasure in contributing my time and efforts to the local APA. When I have the opportunity to unwind, I cherish spending quality time with my beloved family and friends, creating lasting memories together.

A defining characteristic of mine is my approach to life, which emphasizes non-judgment, love, and peace.
