About Nedra

I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 13 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care to clients across the lifespan. I am passionate about meeting people where they are and supporting them as they work toward becoming their best selves. I specialize in comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and individualized treatment planning tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I earned my master’s degree in nursing from Regis College. My approach integrates evidence-based medication management with individualized therapeutic modalities, allowing me to address both the biological and emotional aspects of mental health. I focus on collaborative care that supports long-term stability and overall well-being.

I became a psychiatric provider because once someone saw me at my lowest point and helped me reach my full potential. I now have the opportunity to do the same for others.
