Your Thriveworks account is a centralized, self-serve experience, designed to help you navigate your mental health journey with ease. Using your Thrivewokrs account, you can quickly and easily:

• – Book counseling and psychiatry sessions 
• – Reschedule and/or cancel your sessions
• – Set up and manage recurring sessions 
• – Manage your billing and payment information
• – Access your Thriveworks membership details
• – Enjoy membership benefits like Fireside, a collection of immersive video courses

And more coming soon! In the near future, you’ll also be able to manage informed consents, share documents with your provider, pay session fees, and view/download your invoices. Until then, you will need to continue to log into your AdvancedMD account to do all of the aforementioned.

Additionally, some of our long-time clients may have a TherapyPortal account — once you have your Thriveworks account, you will never need to use this login again!

As we mentioned above, you’ll soon be able to do all of this from your Thriveworks account! Until then, continue to use your AdvancedMD account as normal, which is where you currently pay session fees, view/download your invoices, share documents with your provider, and manage informed consents.

Some of our long-time clients may have a TherapyPortal account. Once you set up your Thriveworks account, you will never need to use TherapyPortal again!
