Heather Martin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana. She has 7 years of experience working with adults, teenagers, and the geriatric population, helping them with a variety of issues, such as trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-harm, identity difficulties, crises, and self-esteem. Heather completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Indiana University South Bend and received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University. 

Heather is trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. She also utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) approaches. Her interventions are flexible and dependent on individual needs. Heather is LGBTQA friendly and welcoming. She would like to know your preferred pronouns. Martin F. Hill, Sr. is a native of Detroit, MI. He attended Indiana University-Bloomington receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He attended Michigan State University and received his Master of Arts in Counseling and his Doctorate of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology. He has over 25 years of clinical experience and 15 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Martin F. Hill, Sr. is very engaging with clients establishing a strong therapeutic relationship. He uses cognitive behavioral techniques centered on addressing emotional concerns, developing solutions using evidenced backed techniques and promoting client centered approaches. He is experiences in address multicultural and LGBTQIA+ issues. He is flexible, encouraging, optimistic and focused on improving overall well-being of each client.

Paul has experience working with individuals, couples, and families who struggle with depression, anxiety, addictions, grief, and trauma. Paul completed his Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in December 2013 and looks forward to meeting and helping new clients every day.

Paul has worked in community mental health in various aspects of the field from working in the school system, hospital inpatient unit, and rural community-based offices. Paul is trained in depression, anxiety, addictions, grief, and trauma.

Paul is down to earth and enjoys talking and getting to know new people. Paul looks forward to working with you in overcoming your life stressors and bettering your mental health. Paul has a strong desire to help those hurting emotionally and mentally and bring them to a better place in their life's journey.
