I’ve tried so many times to deal with my depression. I read the tips and suggestions about how to get out of a depression on websites, but sometimes I feel so overwhelmed. I try to do some of the things to help myself, but all I can think is that I can’t prevent this depression from coming back. I know other people don’t understand me and wonder why I get depressed—and I’m not really sure why I do, either. Sometimes my friends say to just get out there and do things with them, and it makes me feel more depressed, because it’s not as easy as that.
