I’ve been wanting to try therapy for a long time now. I think that I might be depressed and maybe a little anxious too. And I really believe that therapy could help, but I’m having trouble taking that leap. I guess I’m embarrassed about friends and family finding out, and even a little embarrassed about opening up about these problems to a therapist. What should I do? How can I push past these reservations and finally get the help that I need.
