Don’t be lazy and make a habit of taking the stairs instead of always taking the elevator. If you want to take it a step further then do high-knees as your going up the stairs. This will help to keep your heart and legs strong.
2. Eat Breakfast
Rolling out of the bed and walking out of the house without eating breakfast is so easy to do. The point is that it should be something that we do as less as possible. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gives the boost needed to start the day.
3. Cut the Sugar
A simple way to be healthier is to have less sugar in your diet. This can be accomplished multiple ways. You can drink more water in exchange for one or two sodas in your diet. Another method is to eat natural sugars instead of processed sugars.
